Service Description

This class is best suited for healthcare professionals and first responders looking to renew their PALS Provider cards and feel more confident and prepared in a pediatric emergency, such as cardiac or respiratory arrest. If you’re looking to renew your PALS healthcare certification with the help of licensed, experienced instructors, book your class with us today! To attend this course you should have a valid PALS Provider certificate about to expire. Every attendee is obligated to have the PALS Provider manual.

Cancellation Policy

Policies CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: • You can cancel your reservation 72 hours before the class without any fee. • If you would like to reschedule your course you have the right to do so. See “Rescheduling Policy” below for details. • Firstaid Academy reserves the right to cancel any classes without possibility of refunds if the cancellation is due to a natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, MTA suspension, building shut downs, or other causes that are not caused by Firstaid Academy rendering us unable to conduct the class. If such situations do occur, you will be allowed to reschedule without penalty. RESCHEDULING POLICY: • To reschedule: In order to reschedule, you can it online till 48 hours to you class without any fee. If you want to reschedule any class which is closer than 48 hours you must contact 9299303006 or training@firstaidacademy.com We will not honor any rescheduling request if we do not have proof that you have attempted to contact us. We are closed for Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Rescheduling requests made on those 5 holidays will not be counted until the next business day. The rescheduled class must take place within 30 days of the original class date. • On the day rescheduling: You are not allowed to reschedule on the day of the class. If you request to reschedule on the day of the class, you will be considered as a NO SHOW student. Please see the NO SHOW policy below. • Rescheduled more than once: We do not allow rescheduling more than once. We will not issue refund, grant credit, nor reschedule you to another class if you are not able to make it to the rescheduled class unless there are extreme weather conditions rendering you unable to come to class. In cases of extreme weather conditions resulting in MTA NO SHOW POLICY: Refunding or rescheduling is not possible for a no show case.
